This piece is from the same era as the 66Qian Qi (66-pre) of the 501.
The 646 is a popular model known for its beautiful flare silhouette.
Typically, these use a Talon zipper or a Scovill zipper (mostly 42 Talon), but this one features the rare Scovill Guard-Lock zipper.
The button back stamp is the highly-regarded 16, known for its excellent fading.
