Early Pokemon History (1999):
A mail-in campaign for the Japanese vending series, where a card for Bill's PC was available (called masaki's personal PC). This was needed to obtain the 5 Kanto Pokemons that evolved through trade evolution in the games. In order to get these cards, you had to mail in the bill's PC pass card with one of the 5 pre evos for the corresponding pokemon you wanted. In return, you got the fully evolved pokemon card in an envelope thanking you for taking part in the promotion
By mailing in the (Masaki) = ( Bill ) PC Pass Card along with any printing of Omanyte, Haunter, Graveler, Kadabra, or Machoke, Media Factory would mail back an exclusive cosmos holofoil promo card of that cards final evolutionary form
The campaign would run until April 30, 1999
