Handcrafted in Italy from the finest pure silk twill, the scarf depicts an original artwork by our Executive Designer, Mariya Dykalo, a proud Ukrainian native and accomplished artist. The fabric is soft and feather-light, finished with finely rolled hand-stitched edges.
Depicting the yellow sunflowers of Ukraine, interspersed with magical blue butterflies, the piece symbolises the resilience of children's spirits and their belief in miracles. The blue and yellow in harmony are also a nod to the colours of the Ukrainian flag.
