This is a Crown patrol car from Bandai (formerly Bandaiya), released in 1959-1960.
I purchased it online a long time ago.
The reason it is listed as junk is:
① There are some repairs and touch-ups.
② It is believed to have been a remote-controlled model originally, but the remote control is missing and only the body remains.
③ The condition is very good, but the gloss suggests that it was treated with a clear over-lacquer for rust prevention, a common practice among tin toy manufacturers at the time.
