Vintage cast iron baseball mechanical bank, a Taiwan-made reproduction of classic late-19th-century American mechanical banks. The piece features three hand-painted baseball players on a rectangular base with raised “BASE BALL” lettering on the front.

This is a spring-driven mechanical bank with a coin slot and internal mechanism underneath (see photos). Reproductions like this were commonly produced in Taiwan during the 1970s–1980s and are collected for their nostalgic design and display appeal.
