Incredibly rare California history book documenting the establishment and growth of the town of Covina. Richly illustrated and with photographs. Mild shelf wear to covers which are slightly bowed and with bumped corners. Binding material faintly visible in a few gutters though spine is straight and binding remains fairly strong on the whole. Foxing and slight liquid damage to outer edges of text block which is slightly curved as well. Tanning pages that are otherwise clean and unmarked. See photos for condition.
