I had to grab this at an estate I went to. It's too sweet.
There is a very shiny 4x6mm marquise cut DIAMOND at the center of this very sweet ring. So that's about a little over a .25ctw.
It weighs about 1.7g of 10kt gold weight. This is set in white gold.
Marked 10kt (and tested) on the inside of the shank.
Size 7, but can be sized up or down by your trusted jeweler.
