Made in Texas The Larson Electronics EPLC2-AMB-70LED-AUC16.3-50 Low Profile Adjustable Magnetic Mount Explosion Proof LED light fixture provides operators with a powerful and energy efficient alternative to traditional hazardous location tank cleaning light. The adjustable magnetic mount allows operators to install this fixture on curved surfaces without worrying about it falling off. The LED technology and adjustable compact mount design makes this low profile LED fixture an excellent replacement upgrade option for bulky and high maintenance cost older fixtures. The EPLC2-AMB-70LED-AUC16.3-50 is rated for Class I Division 2 and Class II Division 1 & 2 hazardous areas and equipped with 50` of 16/3 Arctic Ultraflex Blue SEOOW cold weather cord. The EPLC2-AMB-70LED-AUC16.3-50 magnetic mount explosion proof light fixture provides 6,000 lumens of high quality light while drawing only 70 watts. The magnetic mount on this fixture makes it versatile and easily mounted on flat or curved surfaces. This explosion proof LED fixture produces a brilliant flood pattern in your choice of 360° and 180° beam spread of light that is ideal for illuminating enclosed areas and hazardous locations where flammable vapors, gases and dusts may be present.

The copper free aluminum alloy body is powder coated for added durability against shock and vibration and an attractive aesthetic appearance. This fixtures special heat dissipating design in conjunction with advanced LED driver technology helps this fixture achieve an excellent 100,000 hour rated lifespan with 70% lumen retention. Included with this LED light fixture is 50` of SOOW cord terminating in an 1523 explosion proof straight blade plug. Magnetic Mounting: The magnetic mounting bracket for this unit includes eight 100 lbs grip magnetic bases which provide a total of 800 lbs of grip and allows operators to mount the unit to walls and flat metallic surfaces. The magnets are arranged in groups of two and attached to the light via adjustable U-brackets, allowing operators to adjust the magnets to match the curvature of tank walls or other curved surfaces. Users simply loosen the U-brackets, attach the magnetic mounting brackets to the desired surface, tighten the magnetic brackets, then adjust the lamp assembly from the bracket. The pictures below show the lamp assembly mounted to a 52` diameter wall. This bracket system is constructed of non-sparking aluminum for light weight and durability, and the simple swing hinge design allows operators to easily adjust the lamp assembly to position the unit as a pedestal lamp if desired. Note on Beam Spread: The 360° beam spread is the standard directional output and typical for flood lights. The 180° shines in only one direction, which is suitable for down lighting, wall packs and for not blinding oncoming traffic or pedestrians. The aluminum body and LED lamp assembly gives this light excellent durability and resistance to vibration and impacts. The housing is specially designed to dissipate heat, which increases the efficiency and lifespan of the LED emitters. This high output LED lamp produces 6,000 lumens with a color temperature of 5000K and a color rendering index of 70, which means this lamp render colors and details much more accurately than high pressure sodium or mercury vapor luminaries. Voltage: This light is universal voltage capable and can be operated with 100-277V AC, 50/60 Hz without modifications to the fixture.
