My mother found this gorgeous one-of-a-kind Puffy open heart filigree pendant with genuine Carnelian cabachons on both sides! I decided to wirewrap a chainlink using genuine Sterling silver wire and genuine Carnelian stones! The necklace came out amazing! Excellent craftsmanship! All materials used are 100% genuine, guaranteed! The necklace measures approximately 30”at the longest adjustable length. The heart pendant measures approximately (1.5"L × 1.5"W). Weight of necklace is (22.26 grams). Spring Clasp is stamped "925".
