Hoyas are evergreen perennials native to the tropics of Asia, Australia, and the Pacific Islands. They are characterized by their fragrant, star-shaped flowers, and trailing growth habit. Hoyas are semi-succulent plants that grow epiphytically on trees or rocky areas and are generally shaded from being in full sun.
