This is an Inverallan cardigan with a brown tag, made in Ireland, which is rare. While Scotland and the UK are the mainstream, this is a rare lumber cardigan made in Ireland, the birthplace of Aran knitwear. It's not often seen because it's made by top Irish knitters, who are occasionally commissioned to fulfill personal orders from valued customers, and are not used for mass production. It is hand-knitted tightly with Aran yarn that contains plenty of oil.
