It comes with stationary legs and rollers that lock so you can choose which works best for you. We put it together. It is beautiful, perfect for an average sized women or child/youth also comes with pillow arm rests and a lumbar pillow. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures of it once we put it together so I have included pictures from the advertisement. It is taken apart and boxed just as it was when shipped from company to me. I will ship but it is $145 to ship due to box size and weight.
It is brand new but we did take it out of the box to assemble them realized it was not a dual control recliner and disassembled and packed
