With the rising popularity of aftermarket stereo, lighting, and other accessory installations on UTVs, Polaris RZR racers and enthusiasts are finding the (40Amp) Polaris charging system to be inadequate. To solve this problem, Kraftwerks Offroad has developed Pro Race Alternator Kits for the Polaris RZR 1000XP, RZR Turbo/TurboS, and RZR Turbo R models. 

Designed for off-road racers and enthusiasts, the Kraftwerks Pro-Race Alternator Kit is engineered to deliver reliable power under the harshest conditions. At the center of the kit is a custom-designed CNC billet machined stator cover that retains and seals the new external alternator drive system, and serves as a rigid base for the ultra-compact 1-wire racing alternator to mount to. All CNC-machined aluminum components are anodized for added corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. For ease of installation, the kit comes with detailed instructions, a plug-n-play alternator harness, v-belt, hard anodized pulleys, e-coated hard coolant lines and/or silicone hoses, new gaskets, and high-quality hardware.
