My daughter loves LEGO and has collected many sets.
This is from quite a while ago, but it's incredibly complete.
A resort hotel with a monorail that goes from the rooms to the beach water park.
Includes a lobby, lounge, rooftop terrace with a DJ deck, restaurant, two slides, a bucket that tips over with water, a water scooter with a detachable parasail, a windsurfing board, a lifeguard stand, and a changing room.

and then disassembled it piece by piece following the instructions,
putting the parts into bags by number.
