Purchased brand new at Best Buy in 2017.
Extremely lightweight, folds 360° into tablet mode, and features a responsive touchscreen. You can also use a compatible stylus pen (not included). This laptop was used ONLY for college assignments—never for gaming.
CONDITION/NOTES
This laptop still functions well but has several issues to be aware of:
Battery does NOT hold a charge.
Works perfectly while plugged in, but if the charger is removed, it shuts off. Battery stays at 0% and will not charge despite replacement.
Screen intermittently glitches.
Troubleshooting attempted (including BIOS update), but BIOS cannot complete because the battery cannot reach the required 30% charge.
*Clear screen once hook up to monitor
*No major scratches
*Some discoloration in certain areas
*Back padding/missing screws need replaced
*Fans need inspection
