Harris Tweed originated in the 18th century and is a traditional material produced only in the Outer Hebrides, including the Isle of Lewis and the Isle of Harris in Scotland. From weaving to finishing, it is carefully done in factories on the islands by skilled craftsmen.

This piece uses featherweight Harris Tweed specially ordered for Margaret Howell.
While retaining the traditional heavy image, it achieves a modern and light feel, making it comfortable to wear for long periods.

The color is the new color Bracken.
The color, which is a blend of deep green and black, is a special color scheme unique to this custom-made material, inspired by the nature of the Outer Hebrides.

The pattern is classic herringbone.
