I used a harness from another unit to demonstrate functionality.
Up for grabs is a Pioneer DEH-1000 CD player. This unit does not have a manufacture date, but I believe these were released in 1999. This is a single pre out unit with a MOSFET 45x4 internal amplifier. Easy EQ on this unit works great and adds additional sound benefits. This is a non detachable faceplate stereo.
The stereo powers on and outputs sound. All faceplate buttons, lights, and CD mechanism work great. Loads and ejects CDs with no problems. This unit is missing all of its external parts. Does not include wire harness, mounting sleeve, or trim ring. These can all be sourced online.
