*Reproduction* German WW2 Heer Soldat m40 tunic and trousers

This is as close as it can get with reproductions on the market! Reproduction M40 German heer tunic and trouser with braces Braces purchased from soldier of fortune Tr795 1" wide green elastic leather and cord tabs double tab at the back. Full adjustable to fit soldier from 5ft 6 to 6ft 2" Now the important bit! Tunic and trousers made and purchased by Sonderklasse German militaria This is a high quality WOOL uniform, Heavy field grey wool complete with cotton twill lining, medics pouch! The heer collar tabs and breast eagle supplied by soldier of fortune, collar tabs have been machine sewed on and the eagle has been hand sewn by myself. I have tried to keep it as authentic as possible with the uniforms been pumped out the factory's not all of them would come complete with insignia. The Litzen " collar tabs" would have been machine sewn on but a lot of the added bits would be put on later by soldiers on the field, or if a patch had worn out they would sew a new one on. The uniform itself has been used so is more authentic and to add to that I aged it a bit quicker to get a more battle worn look. The whole uniform has had a heat gun blasted over it to get rid of any excess wool, this helps with making it look like it's been out on the field longer and washed a few times as they were hand washed out in field. On top of that while it was out drying after washing I had filled the pockets up with heavy items to stretch the wool ever so slightly to get that sag rather than them looking brand new out the factory. Buttons are all present and will have small chips of paint missing from field gear being worn over the top. Trouser cuffs will have a slight show of markings on the white cotton from where the leather boots have rubbed. Again uniform is used and been made to look battle worn, there are no rips or tares in the material it is really tough stuff! Sizes- Tunic is a medium - 40" chest (102cm) Trousers are a small - 32" waist (81cm)
