This is a beautiful one-of-a-kind handmade vintage ring made in Mexico, with a thin hammered silver band that measures 0.75 inch across, which is apparently a US size 9. The heart is 1" long and a little bit less than 1" across. The setting is quite lovely with a natural turquoise looking stone. I could not identify the markings, but it is stamped with Mexico PCL 925 and another number, plus an additional artist mark.
