"Maul Peak" and "Skulk Hollow" are both two-player, asymmetric board games from Pencil First Games, where one player controls a massive Guardian creature while the other controls a group of smaller creatures, like bears (Grizzar in Maul Peak) or foxes (Foxen in Skulk Hollow), with the main difference being that Maul Peak is considered a standalone sequel to Skulk Hollow, featuring a colder, mountainous setting and new Guardian types, while maintaining the core gameplay of battling a large creature against a smaller, agile group.
Both games opened. Only played Skulk Hollow and haven’t touched. Skulk Hollow has Ancient ruins expansion card pack. Fun game just can’t get to the table as much as I’d like.
Game kept in pet free/smoke free home.
