This is a standard suede boa vest from TENDERLOIN.
Of course, it is an original item from that time.
The beige suede, size M, is rarely seen in the secondary market, with XS and S sizes being the most common, so I think it's quite rare.
As it is a suede material, there is some fading in places (shoulders, etc.) due to wear, but there are no problems with use at all, and I think those who are used to vintage clothing stores will be fine.
