Circa early 1980s.
Fabulous solid black A-line circle skirt with front pleats, slant welt pockets, & functional buttons down length of left side to close. Classic nipped high waist & loose, swingy fit in a semi-structured wool blend (heavier than felt but thinner than a peacoat—think vintage wool blazer in skirt form!) Falls below knee. Fully lined.
